Freddie Jones-Smith is an HCV property owner in Chicago who owns
two three-flat buildings and a single-family home. She has been able to
understand the rules and regulations of a complex industry because of
the information she received at the CHA Owner Symposium.

Jones-Smith was one of 1,000 real estate professionals representing some
10,000 rental units who attended the 14th annual Owner Symposium
in 2023.
The Owner Symposium is an education and networking event designed to
equip property owners, managers, realtors, brokers, investors and other
residential rental housing professionals with timely tools and knowledge
they need to strengthen their communities and grow their business.
