Reducing Homelessness
Specific population vouchers and services
CHA supports Chicagoans who are experiencing or at risk of
experiencing homelessness with more than 4,750 vouchers
that provide rental assistance to specific high-risk populations,
including veterans, foster youth, people with disabilities, victims
of domestic violence and human trafficking, and others. Using a
whole of government approach, CHA works hand in hand with
Chicago’s Continuum of Care and other partners to administer
